My names Emma and it all started with curiosity, an itch to try something that just had to be scratched and a deep desire to connect.
My way into cold water therapy was through cold showers and the Wim Hof app – then into a cold bath and soon after, one very cold and windy Saturday in January I had my first wild chilly dip. On frozen ground, in sleet and 2.5 degree water a new passion was born.
Having never done anything like this before and genuinely enjoying every moment so far, I’ve learnt, grown and found something I truly connect with through cold water therapy. The positive impact on my mental, physical, emotional and energic health has been profound and I really wanted to share my experiences and help and support other people on their own cold water journey.
Having guided and supported over 140 people on their first wild cold water experience, and supported 100’s of group dips since, it has been an amazing journey so far and one I am truly grateful for. It is such a privilege to be able to guide and support people, hold space for them and have their trust in providing a special, safe and fun experience.
I offer personal cold water sessions, which are available to book either 1-2-1 or with up to 6 friends. It’s a chance to reconnect with yourself and nature, and gain an introduction to cold water therapy, wild dipping and breathwork, followed by some delicious hot chocolate and a cracking view! Check out the Cold Water Sessions page for more information and get in touch with any questions or queries.
I also run cold water immersion and breathwork sessions for retreats and workshops and do bespoke sessions for groups too, so please get in touch with any enquiries.
